Forum Files - Download Site
Hi Joe, I was looking at your site and clicked on one of the manuals (actually I tried two manuals). It downloaded, and then I got this message:
"The file is damaged and could not be repaired".
Am I doing something wrong? I did right click and saved it as a favorite, but that made no difference.

Help!
I am a fairly new user, and have logged 747 hours so far. I have a Remstar Auto W/C-Flex. My wife has fallen in love with me again since I no longer snore. I have found new energy in the day and am able to stay up later at night. What a wonderful machine!!!
I now would like to start reading the results from my Smart Card. I received a DT3500 reader, and loaded what I thought was all the software I needed to do the job on my older computer. The reader had a green light when I put my card in, but shortly turned red, and I got a message that the card couldn't be read. This computer was hit by a lightening bolt outside my window some time ago and I had some other communications problems after replacing my modem card (old one was fried).
I now have a new Compaq W/ AMD 64 Athlon. I would again like to try to load up all the software I need to read the card and look at the different data screens. Does anyone have a step by step install procedure to follow to accomplish a successful installation. I may have done something wrong in the past to keep me from being successful.
Any assistance will be truly appreciated!
Thanks, Dale

Re: Help!
It's been so long ago that I installed Encore Pro in my computer, I'd hesitate to try to give a step-by-step. Perhaps someone else will post that. In the meantime, here are links that might be helpful:DalePike wrote:I would again like to try to load up all the software I need to read the card and look at the different data screens. LINKS to Encore Pro, "MyEncore", smart card reader
I found it on another posting by yardbird, thank you yardman!! He gave a great step by step procedure and now I have data flowing into EncorePro. I now will try to get MyEncore to work.
Thanks, Dale

You're right, Rasputin. FAQs are maintained by members - lets see how it can be corrected.

I'm not sure the original Rasputin would have seen that as a recommendation though....
