The last downloads from my REMstar System One Auto A Flex CPAP machine to my Encore Viewer 2 (Vs 2.0.23.0) software produced nothing more than a message stating "No therapy is available" for the date on the compliance page. It also changed the starting date from March 10th to March 23rd. No charts were posted for that date. Reformatting my SD has solved download problems in the past, but not this time. SleepyHead downloads were OK.
Concerned that my CPAP machine was not producing the data or that my $99 software had gone bad, I called Respironics "Customer Service." Their NO SERVICE answer was "Call your DME. I can't help you." My DME is 4,200 miles away and I can't contact them until Monday.
I read the forum daily and hope that someone can give me a better answer than Respironics did.
- Has anyone else experienced this problem?
- Does this sound like a software, SD, computer or CPAP machine problem?
- Can anyone suggest a solution for this problem?

Yes, it was on the SleepyHead download.

If you had the data on SleepyHead and Viewer does not have it... then Viewer is the culprit.
