First Night w/ResMed S9 Auto Set - What do I do!?

I set it to 6-10 and slept GREAT. AHI= 1.0 and mask fit= green smiley! Unfortunately still tires today but prolly cause the sleep was so good that I just want MORE!!!

That's wonderful news. Did you sleep soundly or were there some wakeups just from having this stuff attached to you?
How many hours of sleep did you get? When I first started I could only get 4 to 5 hours with lots of wakeups feeling the mask on my face.

While a few lucky souls do wake up the first morning and see a marked difference in energy levels....they really are in the minority. Most of us it took time and patience and then only saw gradual improvement. Keep your attitude positive and you will do just fine.

I slept for ELEVEN hours! This wasn't my first night on CPAP, I had about a week and a half on my old machine, but last night was much better than the previous week. I think I finally have the masked sized appropriately. Also, after abut a week or so i plan to look at the data and see if having it on auto-pap mode helped (I am thinking that may also be part of why I slept better). I will probably be back on here after awhile begging you all to help me understand my data and see if I need to adjust the range. You guys are great!!
