Newbie requests assistance in reading leaks on report

Post by DouglasL » Fri Sep 09, 2011 9:32 am

I'm a newbie (6 days so far and with success) and I've reviewed the forum and I still cannot get my head wrapped around leaks. What's normal and what isn't?

What's the difference between an exhale puff and a leak. Doesn't a puff come from your mouth and a leak is when the mask is ill-fitting and air is pouring out of an opening between the mask and your face/nose?

Here's my report from last night. Am I doing OK? My nose pillows feel like they fit great. I know I puffed a few times but doesn't seem to have registered. The report seems to show no leaks in regards to Mask Leak Time...
