If you control your leaks a little better your AHI's will drop. On your machine you can change the pressure. But it is not a Autoset so your only option is Cpap which means 1 pressure. But you can certainly raise or lower this pressure.

If you're going to tinker with pressure, try it 1 cmH20 at a time. Maybe even 0.5.

Watch your data, but also consider how you sleep and how you feel.

Don't be in a hurry. It may take a few days for changes to show up.

I hope this shows enough info, what do the CPAP guru's think of these numbers.

I ordered the oximiter that was recommended on this forum,CMS-50E Pulse oximeter, waiting for it to be delivered.

Any info would be appreciated

I don't really care all that much for summaries when trying to fix a problem. I prefer to dwell on the problem.
At this point all the summaries show is most of the time you had some major leak issues. That isn't going to change.
The detailed data that you show is more to my preference. The leak line is pretty ugly but for the most part it was below that red line which is an improvement over most of the other nights. That leak line is bouncing all over the place.
Do you find yourself waking often because of it (or at all). If it doesn't disturb your sleep...well technically as long as it is below the red line the machine should be able to compensate. We don't get extra points for pretty vs ugly line.
Mine get pretty ugly sometimes myself.

So this latest line shows leak is below red line for most of the night (some did go to and above) and while not perfect it is better than some of the others. So I say improved but could still use some work (to be honest...leaks always need some work) Your AHI is good and I doubt the time over and near the red line would make a substantial difference. How are you feeling? Do these leaks wake you? I have no idea if those flow limitations are playing into the night's report.

I wake at least 2 times a night , every night.
Most times to use the washroom, and i usually fall right back to sleep. I am very
"active" when i sleep. I wake up, pillows on the floor , sheets tangled ect.

I leave the mask fairly loose, too tight and it causes welts and soreness ,
I have read here that, too tight can actually cause issues because it doesn't let the air fill up
in the flexable area around the seal.

Basically your review is good news, i will try to tighten the mask and see if the leak issue
is reduced.

Thanks so much for all your assistance.

Your AHI values are good. It's not unusual for people to awaken once or twice during the night. Most of us do, but are not really aware of it. In fact, it's recorded as "first and second" sleep in medieval and Elizabethan writings (for example, Shakespeare refers to it).

You might find a mask liner as a helpful way to keeping your mask with a solid hold on your face. Pad-A-Cheek has some mask liners, as does REMzzzs and Quietusliners.

I don't know your age but if male some men do have that prostate enlargement thing which of course messes with your sleep. If this pertains to you then you know your options on that.

I can't help with mask specifics. Sorry but never used anything except nasal pillow but too tight is often worse than too loose.. It shouldn't cause pain or discomfort or abrasions to the skin. If it does then something is wrong. May need some liners...pads..or even different mask.

Mask fit, comfort and leaks.......the worst part of cpap therapy. Getting used to the pressure is a piece of cake.

For a long time I pretty much had zero leaks and this summer I broke my wrist and thus my usual sleeping position has changed. It has been leak city more nights than not this summer..So even us old timers have leak issues.
If you can keep the leak, that is near or over the red line, limited to maybe occasional short lived blip...you will be doing okay. Again, it doesn't have to be beautiful straight line. While nice to see, not the end of the world if it's not.
Even a leaky night is better than not being on the machine at all.
