It's been discussed here frequently I don't have time for searching the forum at the moment.
You obviously want something you can do today. There is a way with proper attachments to use your car battery or even better a deep cycle marine battery. Can't usually use humidifier and how long depends on pressure. More pressure equals more drain on the battery.

If you can't do without humidifier (I couldn't) then I would suggest finding family, friend or motel with power.

Edit. This thread has some information and also Rested gal's link.viewtopic.php?f=1&t=67742&p=630269&hili ... ng#p630269
Should get you pointed in right direction.

Here's an older post I put together to help with creating a backup battery for my ASV unit. You might not need as large a battery as I did, but if you are moderately handy you can easily make a usable backup battery that can last a few nights.

I might be to late but can you get out to Lowes, Home Depot, Hardware store and get a small gas generator and run a electrical cord to your bedroom?

One thing I like about the cpap.com battery I bought is that it's small enough I could take it into work to recharge it, unlike one of the big jump-start batteries.

Now, I can imagine in certain situations, that might not be an option. But 2 or 3 years ago, we had power out in my neighborhood for 4 days/3 nights in a row. My office was in a part of town that was not out as long. In addition, we had generator power there because the work has to go on. I charged rechargeable batteries for my portable radio and mini-lantern, my ebook reader, and my cell phone and while we were sweltering hot those days, I was much better off.

Now that I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea (just this year), I had to think about what my options were if that happened again. I bought the big jump-starter first, tried gumby's experiment and killed it after 3 days! BUt the more I thought about it, I wanted something small enough to take in to the office to recharge in case of a long outage. So that's what I got.
