Experience is what you get when you didn't get what you wanted.
Initial sleep study 8/3/2011
Second study with CPAP titration 8/20/2011
Recv'd results Sept 6, 2011 - haven't figured out what it all means, yet.

Re: I'm here to say hello to each one
Hi Thea,
We get quite a bit of "hello...good site..glad to meet you.." from people who don't register, don't mention cpap and won't be back. Often with poor spelling and grammar. While I didn't remove the original post that you responded to..someone did as we tend to think of this stuff as spam and it clutters up the board. Not as obvious as spam with links to sex videos (we get a few of those) or stuff to sell, we still remove them. After you have been here for a while you will get the "feel" for who is a real cpap user and who just wants to post nonsense.
After 90 days and/or so many posts (I forget exact number) you will have a "SPAM" button and you can click on it to remove an unwanted spam message. This is how we police the forum. Members do it to keep it clean and uncluttered and also prevents the spammers messages from scoring hits or whatever if someone does a google search.
So while it was really nice of you to respond with a welcome, when in doubt about validity... just ignore it and someone will come along and remove it if they think it should be removed. Once you post a reply it gets stuck here forever.
I can still see the original post if I do a "reply to post" as it shows up there.
