Help! What do I do??

My stomach feels bloated by the air Im swallowing, I have been passing gas however my stomach feels tight, is there anything I can do to get rid of the air??
Has anyone else had this??

Try simethicone, the main ingredient in Gas-X. I buy it at CVS. 80mg tablets. A couple of those will ease the bloated feeling in the stomach. Then you fart out the gas tomorrow (painlessly).

Search 'aerophagia'. I think it's probably asked about more than anything else and just about everyone gets it.

It should get better with time, just have fun with it wherever you go.

My hubby says I sound like the farting grandma that Larry the Cable Guy , this has gotten much better since taking probiotics daily.
