Hello,
I totally appreciated the posts in the past with Jerry working with his MyEncore data. I found the posts that said to focus on how you feel to be your guide very helpful.
But...here's some data: AHI consistently under 3, SI under 5 and average apnea duration=12 sec. During my sleep study, my score was 76 so I think I'm doing great! How does it look to you? Thanks.
How am I doing?

Great numbers. Any AHI under 10 is acceptable and the further down the index, the better!
The snore index, as RestedGal has pointed out before, seems a bit inaccurate on the Remstar Auto; as I have also noticed all sorts of non-snore events counting up as snores.
Check your mask to determine if your flow index is too high. Generally, for me, anything below 40 while at 10cm is okay. I seem to consistently be below forty.
Keeping with your daily stats is a great way to fine tune your therapy and play an active role in your success.

Each mask is different on leak rate. It doesn't matter what the leak rate is as long as the machine has the ability to keep the pressure at the level you have it set for. That can only be checked with a manometer. Most machines have no trouble covering the leaks as long as they are close to normal. If you are showing large leaks they can't keep up with that. I use a COMFORT FULL FF "M" Mask, It AVG 36 to 41 on leak rate on Encore Pro at 15.5 cm. The higher the pressure you run at the higher the leak numbers.
You are doing good chicagocard, with a little fine tuning you can get better. I am shooting for AHI under 1 as my normal, I am not far off @ 1.2. I'm pretty close to my max, if you go to high the centrals start up higher, at the end of the week going for 16 cm, for another test period.

Glad you found my posts helpful. The folks on this forum have been encouraging and helpful from the git-go.
I just finished 3 months on CPAP. My numbers are very good, I've learned from the responses to my posts. You are receiving accolades for yours, too. It helps, doesn't it.....the reinforcement, as the PAP regimen is initially very foreign and disagreeable. I've adapted very well to it in 3 months, from near panic the first night to a close friendship with the apparatus, today. I actually look forward to sleeping with the apparatus, now.
My SDB is classified as mild, but I think I am benefiting from the therapy.
Good luck with yours.
