Hi Guys,
This is kind of a continuation from my last post. So I took a step and downloaded my data from the SD card. I have a mac, but run parallels on it and windows. So I managed to download the data to my computer, but when i reinserted my card into my S9 it will not accept it and wants to wipe everything off it.
Any idea why?
When i go to the clinic and they do it I dont have the same problem.
Thanks in advance
Bob

If you have downloaded the data into ResScan, then it doesn't matter if the S9 wants to erase/format the cardchief900 wrote:but when i reinserted my card into my S9 it will not accept it and wants to wipe everything off it.
Does the clinic run "parallels and windows" on a MAC? If not that might be a clue to your problem.chief900 wrote:When i go to the clinic and they do it I dont have the same problem.

Re: S9 SD card stopped working
To be on the safe side I change my card to write protect when I remove it from my S9.
That way my computer will not change the data in any way.
Once I left it that way by mistake and my S9 detected it and told me to change it before it could use the card. Your Mac setup probably wrote something to the card changing it from what your S9 will accept.

Re: S9 SD card stopped working
Dear Bill,
Thanks for spending the time to respond but.....
If it didn't matter, I would not be asking the question, the fact that I am indicates that it does. It does because I want to examine my data, but the clinic also want to.
Yes indeed this is a clue, which is why I posted the information, I am looking for perhaps a more technical response.
Thanks anyway.
Cheers,
Bob

The S9 will write the past 180 days of summary data to the SD card if its a blank card. Unless you have a very unusual clinic, its highly unlikely that it is going to be interested in anything but summary datachief900 wrote:but the clinic also want to
