Lost Swift FX short tube

Post by tigeragent » Wed Jul 20, 2011 4:49 am

I travel with my CPAP/Swift FX mask and I lost my short tube for my Swift FX. Has anyone obtained replacement parts from Apria for masks? I am using Apria because of my insurance company. I checked out cpap.com for the price of the short tube at it was $73, which is pretty high I think.

I got my original mask more than 6 months ago, so under the insurance rules I guess I could just get a new mask, but I would prefer not to go that route.

Thanks

short hose and head gear

http://cgi.ebay.com/Resmed-Swift-FX-Sho ... 4aacab808a short hose only.

There were some others offered but not buy it now so that don't have to wait till auction end.
With careful planning a new mask can be built for about half online prices.
Ebay is a good source for extra pillows too.

Ebay allows sales of the replacement parts just not the entire mask set up in one package.

Prices are still a bit high sometimes but still a savings.
