Need Directions For Downloading Data From IntelliPAP

I can't seem to figure out how to download my data from the smartcard. Is there a tutorial somewhere?The directions that came with the machine don't appear to address this??
I put the card in the reader,it was recognized by the computer,I created a pt. name and clicked download.A bar appeared like something was downloading.Where did it go?
I have to say I had better success getting data from the Remstar this machine replaced.

I am not by my computer with the software on it, so doing this off the top of my head. On the left side you should see your name you created. If not you need to expand the window on that side. Then you should see a little arrow by your name. Click on that arrow and several things should show. 1st one being reports. Click on that and then on the right you will see all the reports...
