mask making below eyes puffy
Hey folks I have noticed that my eyes are getting puffy underneath the eye in the morning and I am contributing it to the cpap mask , currently using the mirage soft gel.... thinking on switching to the nasal prongs or pillows .... any advice...? current setting is 11.4 inches H2O.... so not sure what that would be like with the nasal prongs and that setting....

Re: mask making below eyes puffy
Your mask my be so tight its pressing on the tender part just below your eyes. Firstly, try loosening off your mask, secondly if that doesn't work you may be getting air in your eyes, try to use Genteal Gel Drops, a gel eye drop that protects the eyes from the air flow.
