Leak rate of 0.02L/sec and AHI of 4.4

Very good numbers for me. The new mask is working out even if it's rubbing my nose. I've tried the Quattro fitting guide but all I get are leaks. So I am wearing it a bit tight. I have cranked the forehead knob as far as I can without getting a leak.

Congrats. What were your AHI and leak rate with the old mask? You could leak a lot more than that without compromising your therapy. Have you considered using a mask liner?

AHI bounced around from 5 to 16... leak rate was from .3 to1.8l/sec. The sleep nurse advised against a mask liner.
