Headaches

Post by Drkirishdancer » Thu Jun 23, 2011 6:13 pm

I've been using my CPAP for week or so and I know feeling more tired then usual is to be expected till I adjust to the machine but, the last 2 days I've woken up with sinus headaches that are almost migraines. I also feel like I'm coming down with a cold but, no congestion just a scratchy throat and head pressure.
Any tips on getting rid of that or is this something I'm just going to have to deal with as I adjust?

Straps too tight?? just a thought..

Other thought.. humidifier setting...I need lots of moisture to have comfortable sinuses. Others do better with less..
Perhaps a slight change one way or the other.

Neck pillow.. cervical strain headaches can mimic migraines.. just another thought.

Headaches aren't something to "get used to" in my book. They are something to stop or try to figure out the cause.
They aren't normal and they impact how we feel too easily.

What does your data say?

Sounds like a coincidence to me; but wait 'til the others reply!
I have noticed some difference in my allergies depending on which mask I use,
but it also depends on how the allergies are kicking up in the first place.
