Hans Rudolph Mask

For those of you who are using the Hans Rudolph Full Face Mask please PM me privately please. My hubby has two brand new masks and they are both way to big for him.

He is trying out the Small tonight at his sleep study, or I hope he is. Just goes to prove that the caliper may say one size and still be to big.

Will Hans Rudolph company replace the mask since the caliper was wrong? Apria ordered mine friday and now I am worried it might be the wrong size. The caliper they sent me showed medium.

I think you should be OK.
They should replace it if the DME was wrong.
