Mirapex & TENS? Need more TENS info plz

I was just started on Mirzpex for limb movements yesterday, took it last night and it did seem to help, but i was just reading some posts talking about a TENS unit doing the same thing or working better? I never had heard about this. Does the TENS help with the limb movement or something else?? I would prefer a TENS unit to another drug.
