Got Resscan 3.14, ACS Reader, & Card. Now What?

Finally (I hope) ready to start getting data from my Resmed VPAP-S. I just received an ACS ACR-38U-SPL (non CCID) reader, I have a brand new Resmed Smartcard, and I have downloaded (but not yet installed) Resscan 3.14. I have instructions to make a card guide - tonight's project. Can anyone tell me what order to start setting it all up?

I'm not familiar with your machine or reader, but here is the link to DreamDiver's ResScan Tutorial.
Watch it before you start using ResScan. It will save you lots of time.
