how to post data....

I have been searching for instructions on posting graphs from my resmed software....
I have a photobucket account so can host them... do I upload them as PDF files?

You can use Prt Sc to take a snapshot of ResScan, then paste the image on your clipboard into ms paint.
Use ms paint to cut out the relevant portion of the screen shot, start a new image, paste in the relevant portion.
Then save your image as a .jpg file.
Upload that that to photobucket.
Post the image to the board using the Img button above: [img] an http link to your photobucket image goes between these tags [/ img]
