EncorePro

I have an M Series APAP with an encorepro smart card. I have a SmartCard reader and EncoreViewer. The problem is that the SmartCard reader gives me an error message that says I need EncorePro (EncoreViewer is not working).

Anyone know where I can get a copy of EncorePro?

Your post doesn't make much sense and there is alot of information missing.
I can't imagine an error message coming from Encore Viewer stating that you need Encore Pro.
All things being equal, they either should both work or both NOT work.

Did Encore Viewer EVER work on your computer?
What version of Encore Viewer do you have?
What operating system is on your computer?
Where did you get and what version of the card reader do you have installed? (I suspect that may be your problem)

There is currently no advantage to using Encore Pro over Encore Viewer........especially with an M Series machine.
