OK, I'm going to see my sleep dr today. I've been on CPAP for 3 months. Here's my POA:
1. Find out if I really have apnea, ask about data on sleep studies.
2. Ask her to address the insomnia. Remember the insomnia? I originally sought out help for insomnia, and still have it.
3. If she does demonstrate that I have apnea, ask about narrowing titration range from 4-9 to 5-8cm.
4. If she does demonstrate that I have apnea, ask if she has other masks that might be more comfortable for my side-sleeping, mouth-breathing self.
I hope I can get all this in during the half-hour limit! Though her answer to question #1 may make for a very brief visit.
Please wish me luck. I'm a bit anxious. Her temper is variable when she is pressed for time, and I have a lot to ask.

It's probably a little late now, but good luck
How'd it go?

Thanks, for the well-wishing and asking how it went, w_hamilton!
It went well. She addressed all my questions and maintained good humor, even though the appointment went over by 10 minutes and she was already running behind. I will write about my new rash of questions on previous posts on those topics.
