FlexiFit™431 Full Face Mask How is it?
Looks very comfortable and in my price range. Are there any thing I should be concerned about? So how is it?

I have one that I use in case of stuffy nose. On me it tends to leak a little on the sides. I also noticed if I open my mouth ever so slightly it will stop the leak. I tried Respironics, and Hans Rudolph, and I think Resmed and didn't tolerate them at all.

431 full face mask
This is my favorite mask. I have no trouble with it leaking. I had trouble with it hurting at the base of the nose but used a small bandaid on it for a couple of days. I have trouble with a stuffy nose and had to use drops with all other masks. I haven't used drops with this mask. My daughter uses it and was having trouble with it leaking at the base of her nose. She bought a roll of cotton, like used in beauty parlors, and puts vaseline on her face with the cotton over it and it has stopped the leak. Good luck.

My own self----. Just love it --.
For me and my chin fur it's the purrfect match.

I have had mine for 2 nights and find it leaks around the top on my nose into my eyes and some under the chin. Guess I will have to work on the adjustments a little more and maybe some mole skin. It is a little more claustrophobic to me as compared to the Ultra Mirage FF but the pull cord helps to reduce that feeling for me.
By the way I have both the small and medium cushions for this mask which are brand new and never used. If anybody has a new large cushion that they want to trade for one of these PM me and maybe we could work out a trade. By the way I am from Ontario, Canada if the border happens to be a concern.

Fisher 431
I got a new 431 mask yesterday and it leaked no matter what adjustments I made. It seem to leak as my CPAP REMstar Cfex auto, starting increasing pressure. I will say this that mask is so much more comfortable than the Puritan Breeze. That thing woke me up (if I could get to sleep) burning my nostrils, making markings on my nose. For me, the Breeze is no comparision to the Fisher 431. I think sleep pillows are highly overrated and in the Breezes case its bulkier than the full mask once the chin strap is used. If this mask would not leak and I could find a way to stop it, I think I could finally get some sleep. I have had my CPAP a little over a month and have tried to maintain a positive attitude about this thing. So far nothing but pain and irritation. The Fisher mask was a much better experience, but not as good as I had hoped.

dptaft, I've read where some people with a leaky full face mask have resorted to placing a chin strap around the mask. Instead of using the chin strap for its usual purpose, they use it as an outside strap to hold the mask on a little better. Or, any kind of homemade strap would do (Ace bandage, anything) around the front of the mask and tied behind the head.
Gives that little bit of extra "push" on the mask, as if you were holding your fingers up to lightly push it closer against your face. Might be worth trying.
