I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. I have found that the CPap machine does help, but I can't always breath through my nose when its time for bed... in fact, I am lucky if I can breath through one side at all.
Anyways, does anyone have any recommended nasal sprays... I hear "terrible" things about nasal sprays, but hey, I gotta sleep. Also, does anyone out there recommend going to an alergist... I breathe quite well throughout the day... just at night, I have trouble breathing.
Thanks,
Brian

You might want to try a Swift or other pillow type mask. They tend to inflate your nose a bit and make it easier to breath. For me, a regular mask is a hit or miss on any given day, but the pillows always work.

I have the same problem as you, I use a FF Mask from the start, otherwise I have to sleep in a chair. I use Members Mark, Allergy tab, 2 before bed, from SAM'S CLUB, $3.22 for 400 tabs. I am not supposed to use anything like this, but one must breathe. I also turn from side to side a few times per night to clear the plugged nostril. It get worse the last 3 hours due to the pills wearing off. I manage to get 8 to 10 hours a night that way.
