Need Help With A Report

I just installed Encore Pro and a card reader for my brother-in-law, and pulled up a sample report that is puzzling to me. The leak rate is horribly erratic, and the M-Series Auto w/A-Flex doesn't seem to be coping with his OA's, and then maxes out on pressure. It seems odd to me. Can I get some help interpreting this?

I'd say he has a terrible leak rate and the minimum pressure MAY need to be higher. Raising the pressure probably should not be done until that leak line is a LOT straighter!
