EncoreViewer available in Canada??

I'm a fairly new user and seem to require high pressures. They switched me to BiPAP because I was maxing out the pressures on the cPAP machine that I had (it went up to 20 and I was still having 12 AHI).
It's been 8 weeks and I'm feeling better but still having 7-8 AHI. The machine isn't reporting any leaks.
I think it would be helpful to see more data, but I can't figure out where to get EncoreViewer. Can anyone help?

I got Encore Viewer 2, the software you need for that machine, online from cpap.com. It costs $99. They have a bundle for a bit more money that includes a card reader but any card reader will do. I use the one on my printer.

As you see, I am in Ontario. Right now, with our dollar above par, you get a good deal. Cpap.com ships it via Canada Post not a Courier so, while it takes a little longer, you won't be paying brokerage fees. They charged $17 USD to ship it to me in Ontario.

It's worth it!!

Cpap.com can't ship any Resmed products out of the US but they can ship anything else to Canada or wherever.
It is a Resmed regulation.

That's right. They are not allowed (by Resmed) to ship their products to Canada but Encore Viewer 2 is a Philips Respironicws product so they can ship to Canada.

Go to clinicalsleep.com they are in Canada. Prices are about the same as cpap.com and they don't charge you shipping. You will have to send them an email and they will respond right away.

It is NOT available in Canada. This is the message I got when trying to order:

Greetings Fred,
In compliance with policies as set by the manufacturers, ResMed and Philips Respironics products may not be distributed to an address outside of the United States. Your shipping address for order #999999 is located outside of the United States.

I tried calling respironics and they said I must call a DME since they do not deal with patients. I called several DME's and they all told me to call Respironics. No idea what I am supposed to do.
