I experience aerophagia, each pressure increase. Not for everyone, but Jalepeno peppers normally does the trick for me. My favorite is pepper's from Church's chicken, I eat 10 with a chicken meal. Afterwards, time for blast off, Lol !!!! Also green onions works really well.

I have IBS so that is a constant problem for me. There are several yoga positions that will help get rid of gas. Really fun in a class setting. The "head on the bed, butt in the the air" position also helps. I also have reflux and treating that is a big help too. Believe it or not, treating my reflux has even helped with sinus issues!

Thank you all so much for your replies. I am going to try anything and everything.
Slinky you made me laugh! Thank you for that!
I can be found face down, butt up in air today! :giggle:
I will see how some changes help, tried humidity up last night.
That is one I think may take a few days to see a difference.
Will report back with what helps.
Thanks again!
hopefully gas free Soon!

Ah yes, Aerophagia, what my girlfriend lovingly refers to "sleep farts". I do not have any digestive issues, and diet seems to have no effect, but have noticed that reducing my pressure setting does help, I recently acquired an APAP machine, hoping this will help.

Ah, yes, the famous "Barking dog" yoga position.

Fennell tea also helps if you can stand the taste of licorice. It actually works extremely well but the taste makes me sick so I stick to the body contortions.
