Hi guys, I'll get right to the point
What is the latest version of the rescan software? Got a download from here and learning the ropes. Want to make sure it's the latest version.
I only have detailed data going back about 1 1/2 months. Is there a setting in the software to be sure I get details for every night? My SD card shows it has tons of room on it.
I've viewed the video of backing up data and reformatting the sd card so you have a backup and avoid the s9 skew bug. When you put a reformatted SD card in the S9 or a new SD card, does all the data on the machine rewrite to the new/reformatted card. Are there settings on the card for pressure, etc. or are these kept in the machine?
I don't want to lose the data on my SD card, so I'm checking here first to be sure.
Thanks,
Bob

Re: S9 software and SD card backup questions
see links under my avatar to the left.
select "ALL" as shown below to download all the detailed data into resScan. Be sure to sleep with the SD card in the S9 and have sleep quality turned on.
Only summary data is stored in the machine, all detailed data is stored on the SD card.

Thanks Uncle Bob (Actually have an Uncle named Bob
I had selected "all" but the Browser on the left only shows a "detail icon" back to March 19. All dates beyond March 19 only have summary data. Not sure why.
I'll check out your links on the other questions.
Thanks,
Bob

Re: S9 software and SD card backup questions
Hi Bill,
Thanks.
Another bottle neck :l I'm viewing the very helpful Rescan 3.1 video tutorial and noticing he is concentrating on the "flow" graph in the detail view. I have no "flow" graph in my detail view. I've tried everything to display it but with no success. I'm probably looking in the wrong place. When I go to the "graph options" window it's not displayed there. Is this graph important (seems to be) and how do I get it to display?
Thanks,
Bob

You need to have the "Include the equivalent number of high rate data sessions" box ticked, on the Select Data Type to Download dialog panel.bob007 wrote:I've tried everything to display it but with no success.
The SD card only holds 7 days of high rate data.
Cheers,
Bill
