Encore pro version

I am running version 2.2.14 of encore pro. My system is a windows xp and the card reader is the DT 3500. My question is I see newer versions of encore pro (2.4) and wonder if the upgrade is worth going through the hassle? Does any one have experience in both, and if so what are the differences? Thanks in advance

The newer version adds support for the new machines that have flow graphing capability. With your machine, I do not believe that the standard reports are any different, so I would not risk the upgrade. EP 2.4 has some instances of install problems, particularly with SQL server issues. Since EP 2.2 uses the same SQL server there could be issues. My advise is to stick with what you have if it is working.
