Problems Installing Software On PR S1

I just downloaded Encore Pro for Windows Vista 32 bit.

I have tried multiple times to install this software, but every time I attempt this, I'm prompted to reboot my computer before I can install it. After rebooting, the same prompt says I must reboot.
I even tried uninstalling, and downloading again (after using a registry cleaner) and it still won't install.

I've installed many other software programs for this computer without any problems, but this one has me stumped.
Any computer experts in the group who have any suggestions for this problem?

Need more detail. But try to save the file to cd and autorun from cd.

I've heard it installs SQLserver. Try the following:

Login as Administrator, not "run as administrator," or type in the administrator password once it starts. Install may take a LONG time with no obvious progress.
