Conjunctivitis

Post by garys » Mon Jan 09, 2006 11:12 am

Oh, oh --I think an air leak has caused conjunctivitis in my left eye.

What do you usually do when you experience this problem?

Thanks!

Every now and then I get an irritated eye, I don't know if it is conjunctivitis or not.
My eye was really sore yesterday, so last night I took a square sterile cloth used for bandages, and put it over my eye and kept it on with bandaids.
Seemed to work pretty well, I didn't want air blowing into my eye for another night.
Pretty soon my face will be covered with bandaids, I use them also to stop my mask from marking my face.

Would like to know what other people do. I always thought that I would wake up when this happened, but evidently I don't.

Also, for eye irritation, I use a preservative free eye lubricant, in individual vials. Use it a couple of times during the day.
This is the third day that I have red eye, but it is getting better each day, as long as no air is blowing in it at night.
