Well said, daniell.daniell77 wrote:I wish u luck eric. It can be very frustrating. U posted trying to receive help. U did not receive what u needed. There is nothing wrong with that. For those who r criticizing u for this or re-posting are obviously taking it personally. Somebody wrote "i foe'd him long time ago." Why bother responding negatively to anyone. I see this as a overwhelming frustration for you and your health, and not a direct attack on anyone. I wish u luck!!. And if u change your mind to post, that's fine too. This forum is supposed to help people, not take the rejection of help personally. Everyone has a right to accept or not agree with the feedback! Best wishes!
To those of you who have take the time attack the OP:
This forum is meant for all people in need of cpap help. All people. That means some of them may be "bonkers" -- all the time, or part of the time. They have as much a right to post as those who have never had psychiatric problems. They are in as much need of it as others - perhaps more. Some of you have proven yourselves capable of being very smooth, elegant and humorous in the way you ask for help - or respond. Others clearly have to chew rocks and spit blood before they get their message across. That does not give the more eloquent among us a right to reject them of make fun of them. As Daniell pointed out - some people will leave those of us who want to help with an overwhelming sense of frustration. So what? Instead of repeatedly attacking those who frustrated you turn your attention to someone you can help.
The worst thing trolls do to forums is make people trigger happy in rejecting newcomers - don't let that major troll from a few months ago destroy our ability to help people in need. Attacking a newcomer for daring to post his or her thoughts just because you think they are another troll will do far more harm to the forum - and to those who are wondering if they should join - than the harm caused by mistaking a troll for a bona fide new member. Everyone eventually shows their true colors.
Welcome, Daniell. Good luck Eric - I hope you find the help you need.
