Not using my cpap

My wife passed away in 2009 and now I have remarried. My sleep is broken every night but I wake up refreshed and not tired. I should clarify that before my wife went to the Lord I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I was wondering if I should use my cpap machine again and maybe that would help me sleep through the night?

Sorry to hear about your wife.
Do you think your sleep apnea when away when she passed?
If you had it then, you have it now.
Can't even imagine why your not using your machine.

I'm sorry to hear about your wife, but happy for you that you've remarried. The CPAP, once you've adjusted to it, should help you sleep through the night and improve your health.

My late wife used to read in bed and she noticed that I stop breathing when I sleep sometimes. My present wife said I do not snore or stop breathing but she is a sound sleeper and maybe she wants my insurtance money, LOL.

We both know that she is just sleeping through it. Dig out the machine, tell us what kind it is, and begin using it. It can't possibly help you feel better sitting in the closet or where ever you have it stored...

HI, yes you certainly do need to use your c-pap.Sorry about your wife passing but that has nothing to do with your needing your c-pap machine at all. If you needed it before, you need it now.
