First Night

Post by kenmac1005 » Sat Mar 12, 2011 8:54 am

Last night was my first night using a CPAP machine. Actually a VPAP S machine. I lasted about four hour cumulative in about two or three sessions. I finally stopped around 3 am when my wife woke me because the noise of the air blowing very strongly woke her up. I suspect I have some mask issues. I'll try again tonight.

My question is my doctor ordered a VPAP auto 25 not an S. should I be complaining or is there really not much difference. also it was clear it was from a returned machine not a brand new one. any comments welcome

Thanks. I agree with the philosophy. I strongly believe I need to take charge of my health.

Subtle but thanks for the answer. I'll call the supplier Monday and get the right machine.
