I'm just curious, if you take your card from your machine, open up ResScan and download the data on the card, do you have flow data before you close and save?

Tim, look at your SD card in Explorer. Do you have BRP.edf & BRP.crc files for the last few days in the DATALOG folder?

Okay, you have not downloaded the high rez flow data. The list of dates on the left side would have a different icon if you had. As I suggested earlier, you need to go into the download window and select all data, including the high data rate sessions.

You have to check the little box under where you selected ALL.

Thank you all. The problem was the check box under all was not checked. Once checked the Flow data appears.
Thanks again for a great forum.

Remember to download at least once a week. The flow data only lives on the card for 7 days.

Seems like my Dr. may have something turned off on the recording with my S9. I checked the files on my SD card and my datalog folder is empty. I do have all selected and the box checked underneath it on the select tab just before downloading too. All I can view is summary data. I have delted 3.13 and re-downloaded to no avail......Anyone else had this issue? Is there a setting on the machine itself to tell it to record this data or is it suppose to do it automatically?

If your doctor gave you the card back with a new setting, it will erase all data on the card. Could that be what happened?

not sure about that...It's a new machine and I just received it Tuesday. I was troubleshooting and reading posts when I saw where the detailed info should be on in the datalog folder.....My datalog folder is empty on the SD card...Not sure why it isnt recording anything there. All I can view is summarized data..

I'm having a similar problem. First, when I look at the datalog files, I have CRC and EDF files for every day, but none have BRP as a prefix. Rather, all the file names begin with numbers.

Second, when I go to the dialog box, I use the scroll down menu to choose All Available Data and also click the box that says Select Data. That brings up a second dialog box and I check the radio button that says All Summary Data and... and choose All (most recent detailed data sessions). And I also check the box Include Equivalent number of high rate data sessions if available.

Once I click OK it downloads the data and when I choose view data it only gives me graphs of Usage, AHI, Leak and Pressure. When I click the little icon that looks like a graph and is next to the Serial No. in order to to choose graphing options, the only options are those I mentioned. In summary, I STILL cannot find flow data available anywhere.

Am I missing a step somewhere?

http://montfordhouse.com/cpap/resscan_tutorial/ This is a short tutorial on resScan software. It show how to include or exclude certain data fields. Maybe yours is not checked for the item that is missing.
Hope that this helps.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!! hat tutorial answered my questions. If you go up one level in his web page to http://montfordhouse.com/cpap you'll find other reports and tutorials. I wish ResMed would make a User's Guide to the machine and software that would explain this. This forum is a terrific asset for CPAP users.

Watchdog, Go to the "User Control Panel" above on the left and add your equipment to your signature in text, so we know what you have.
If it's an S9 "Escape", you won't get data.
