At the risk of repeating myself, I think people are mistaking "headaches" for a mild condition and "migraines" as a severe condition. There can be debilitating headaches that are NOT migraines, and there can be MILD migraines. A neurologist, and ideally a neurologist specializing in headaches, can sort these out.
