its hard for me to tel to be honest... i think i must be one of the only people in the world with sleep apnea who has never sufferd with any kind of tiredness or lethargy! lolPugsy wrote:Forgive me if this question has already been asked but how are you feeling with these results as compared to the perfect night?
Seriously.. i only went to the doctors with regards to my snoring... and ended up being tested and diagnosed with OSA..
But even before that i never needed any more than 4 or 5 hours a night to funtion perfectly the next day with no tiredness.... ive just never felt tired.. before or after i started Cpap..
So its kinda hard to draw comparisons as i think i feel pretty much the same..
as for sleep position, its the only thing i can think of that having such a big impact.... i do go to sleep on my side.... but fear i allways shift to my back.... :0(
