On the Detailed Graphs tab, bottom window, there's a vertical red line that in different places from day-to-day. What does that red vertical line represent?

It's just a reference line that is in the middle of the visible portion of the detailed graph window.

Nothing. It's just a visual reference for the middle of the graph.
