Opus 360 nasal pillows

I am new to the board and to CPAP, Just 6 weeks.
I love the way they fit but since I cleaned them, they keep coming detached from the headgear in the front. Do I need a new one? Is this just a one off? Does anyone else have this problem, if so, how have you corrected it?

I also had the same problem, but found that I was not locking the pillows in enough to snap in the grove. I also found I was pushing on the pillows when I was adjusting the pillows at nite which was causing the front to come to come loose. Also make sure you put the pillows to your nose before putting the head gear over you head. I hope this helps some.
