David,
Hopefully he said you WOULD be getting the FX.
If so.... I look foward to your opinion/feedback on the mask.
Thanks, Tim

Tim, I'm hoping the same thing as well. He said the masks that I'd asked for, and these people know that if I want something, I won't back down if it isn't the right thing. I'll post my findings about the mask(s) after I get to use them for a bit.

Dear Friends,
I wanted to get the new Quatro FX for my husband but my DME doesn't have it yet and it is NOT up yet on the RESMED US website. Anyone know when it will be more available here in the US?

Looking forward to hearing the user reports to this mask.
I am still tweaking my mask here and there to see if i can improve some minor issues. This one looks more comfortable.

It looks interesting, and my Quattro is my best ff so far, but I have to wonder why they didn't give new mask it's own new name. Just sticking FX on after Quattro would seem to beg confusion. Regards

i had used the quattro FX it fits great, feels good, but it has problem in its sealing on the nose bridge air seems to leak, even tightening wont stop it.
might be my face contour or just might be design problems, i already assumed it will happen before i bought it by just the look of the upper strap. still for me the best mask i've used is the mirage quattro

Not sure I can give you much feedback on it since I'm brand new to CPAP (2 whole nights).
I used a Quattro for my sleep test and found it comfortable enough. Did some looking around and decided to go with the FX when I got my machine, etc. My RT agreed said she was going to recommend it over the Quattro if I hadn't brought it up. First night in it was comfortable enough for me -- leaks were 13.2 (95th) and 15.6 (Max), changed the way I put it on last night based on the sleepnation video and leaks went to 0.0 (95th) and 1.2 (max).
My RT had me unhooking only one strap and putting it on that way -- without the machine on.
Last night I unhooked both, fired up the machine (well started in maskfit) put the headgear on top of my head, positioned and swung the mask down and then hooked both bottoms back up. Seems to have worked well -- the seals all inflated and I was able to wiggle the mask around and get it settled in then snug it up. Mask was snug but not tight (not as tight as first night) nor as tight as I remember the Quattro being at my test.
Hopefully the trend will continue but its hard to say with only the two nights.
I don't suffer from Insanity -- I rather enjoy it!!

Does anyone know about the size comparision, meaning if I wear a Large with the regular Quattro FFM, would I order a Large in the Quattro FX?

There's a more recent thread started called Quattro FX, Please Post Feedback. You'll find lots of info there. I'm must going to update my feedback there too.

I have no feedback as yet, just a simple question. I'll see if I can find the other topic.

I've been using the FX the last 6 days. At first I loved it, but now it seems to be just like the Quattro, and fight leaks half the night. It is more comfortable however than my Quattro!! If I can just find the right tightness on the straps to stop the leak!!!!!
