Curious, why don't they make software that works on a 64 bit computer?

Lots of apps don't work with 64 bit computers. I would suspect that they are just more complicated to write software for and add in the fact that more people have 32 bit computers. Maybe in time as 64 bit machines get more common they will write them accordingly. The software is really very basic and the old EncoreViewer was already there and they simply modified it for the new machines data. With the exception of the added data that the new PR machines have, the reports look the same as the reports I get off my M series machine. They didn't change much. Cheaper that way.

In the meantime read up on how to post readable images in your posts. When you get your software and can see what is going on, we are going to want to see them also. Many times the graphs give us a much clearer idea to what is going on. Links to images sometime will work but often the image is too small and besides, it is a PITA to keep bouncing to links to see things..

Good luck.

Its funny that you just posted that, as I was just thinking that I have learn how to post images. I figure I am going to need help with reading the info for the cpap machine.

Read up on how to post image. Do a test post to see if it works. Once you get the hang of it you can always delete any of those test posts.

Short version of my instructions used to be
Take a snapshot of the full size report in question. Crop it so any personal information is removed. Save that cropped image to a place you can find it easily. I use my desktop. Go to some photo hosting site. Many use Flickr. Upload the saved image to that website. Copy that photo's placement address and use it along with img or url button on the navigator bar here.
Post it, then go back and see if you can see the image. Normally if you can see it then we can also. If you can't see it, edit the post and try again.
Once you do it once, you will see how easy it is but sometimes takes a bit to get there.

There are other was to get the image by doing pdf files and stuff. I always found taking a snapshot easier. More instructions and other people's way of doing things are around here in various threads.

No I do not wake up refreshed!

I hate the CPAP machine! I can't wait to take it off in the morning and often find that I have taken it off during the night. I have daily nose bleeds which I think the CPAP machine is responsible for. I sleep much better without it.

I do wonder if all the air being pumped in causes gas. Does anyone have any experience with that?

Do a forum search for aerophagia. Did I spell that right? Anyway, common complaint. Swallowing air goes to stomach and creates bloat, gas and discomfort. There are things that can be done to limit it.

I had a little bit of a headcold the night of my titration, and I STILL woke up feeling pretty amazing the next day. It has been strange to wake up and go through my day feeling awake and organized, and yes, I would dare say "refreshed"!

Thank you! I will talk with my doctor about this and see if the air pressure can be reduced. The only thing that was suggested to me when I asked yesterday was to get some Gas-X. Not sure that is the answer I wanted to hear.

Thank you again.

Thanks, I will give it a try. I checked my computers at home and I happen to have a 32 bit labtop with windows XP.
