Help - How to access Clinician Menu (ResMed)

Post by sleepgem » Mon Jan 24, 2011 7:48 pm

Hello,

I have recently started using ResMed VPAP Adapt SV. It's great for me as it has helped me reduce my AHI from very high to less than 4. However, I find it noisier than Bipap Auto Spirit 25. I wonder if my DME provided me brand new unit or not.

I was told by Resmed that this information (# of hours machine is used so far) is available under Clinican menu. However, I don't see anywhere in documentation about how to access this menu. I recall my DME therapist pressing buttons combination to get to it. So, it's not rocket science to get to it.

Question:

+ Would anyone please let me know how do I get to clinician menu ResMed VPAP Adapt SV?

+ When you download data from ResMed VPAP Adapt SV to PC, does this information also get downloaded?

Thanks!

I have no doubt, how I sleep affects every waking moment.

If this isn’t rocket science why are there so many spaceshots?

Thanks so much, GumbyCT! After experimenting a bit based on the information from the first thread you listed above, I found out following:

+ Press DOWN ARROW and RED STOP BUTTON simultaneously for a few seconds (upto 10 seconds) to get to Clinician menu.

From there, selecting SERVICING/RUN HOUR option,I was able to find out the # of hours machine has been run so run.
