Snoring has started again.

Post by CinnyAnn » Fri Oct 22, 2010 4:31 am

My husband has been telling me that the past 2-3 weeks I have started to snore again. Not bad like before, but that I am trying to snore. I do wake up and my throat is kind of raspy. I wear a full face mask and I am a mouth breather. Is the snoring something I should be alarmed about.

Are you congested at all during the day? Any cold symptoms? Have you tried turning the humidifier down a notch(too high a humidifier setting can cause congestion or swelling of nasal passages)? If no cold symptoms and lowering the humidifier doesn't help, you may need to raise the pressure a bit to get rid of those snores. I would try raising it .5 at a time. Remember to give it a week or so after each change so you can adjust to it. A slight pressure change made all the difference for me.

I guess you need to find out why your husband snoring again, if you cannot find out why, then you can not solve out the problem. He might have too much alcohol, or smoke heavier than before.....Find out more reasons about snoring and how to stop snoring for the particularly reason.

I guess YOU need to read the post better than you did. It wasn't the poster's husband who was snoring again.......

Well, it's a REALLY weird website........kennels, sleep clinic and steel frame homes. Yeah, that all goes together.
