Columbus, OH help?

Post by Desperate_in_DM » Wed Jan 19, 2011 12:04 pm

A lady I know who lives in Columbus, OH suspects she may have sleep apnea. She doesn't know where to turn for help. She does not need a referral from a physician in order to see a specialist, so she wanted to bypass her family doctor.

Is anyone near Columbus, OH? Can you recommend a good specialist? She didn't know if she should look for a sleep clinic or find a pulmonologist or what. I am no help as I'm out of state and I did need a referral first.

Thanks in advance!

I found this post:

That seems to speak favorably of this place:

Unfortunately, per the OP on that thread, the director of that facility died suddenly several months ago (or has it been about a year?). The favorable reviews in that thread are about him specifically, and you'd have to inquire about who took over and what their credentials and experience are.
