Back-up Machine

Post by qjosea » Sun Jan 16, 2011 6:56 pm

Hello fellow hosers, I am looking for a back-up machine that I may take with me whenever I travel. I do quite a bit now since I'm retired. I am currently on Resmed VPAP Adapt SV Advanced. I know these are expensive, but i just need it as a back-up. If anyone comes in contact with one please PM me, since I get an alert thru my email.

Thanks,

You probably want to keep an eye on craigslist.com and CPAPauction.com. The first should not sell it, but generally does. The second can only sell the Respironics ASV machine, the Respironics BiPAP Auto SV. There are two versions of that unit. With and without advanced (features). At the CPAPauction.com site, they require you have a prescription for an ASV unit available and "on file" before you bid on an ASV unit.

Hope that helps.
