I have had my Cpap machine for about 2 months now, and I am still struggling to get my mask comfortable. My nose is sore, and I wake up with strap marks on my face. Any suggestions?

Hi. It will help us to help you if you can list what machine and mask you're using
Just go to User Control Panel (top left of page) then go to Profile, Edit Equipment, and enter what you have (displayed as text)
Once that's up, people with the same mask will be able to help you. There's lots of people willing help out there with lots of great ideas.

which mask is it? Each of them is adjusted differently.
Just a guess that it's either too tight or it's the wrong size (or both).

Re: trouble with getting mask adjusted - any suggestions?
With the quattro many people have issues with sores. One common mistake is to just tighten it down all of the way if it is leaking. When fitting the mask start with the dial on the forehead all of the way out. First tighten the bottom straps leaving the cushion enough room to fill up like a balloon, this will help the seal. Then tighten the top until the forehead piece makes contact. The machine should be running and now you can dial in the forehead piece just until it stops leaking around the eyes.
Also you may consider a gel pad to put in between the mask and the bridge of the nose. Make sure the masks sizing is right, sometimes going down a size can help.
Hope this helps,
Dane
