ComfortFull 2
Will it be a gel full face mask?
What sizes will it be available in?
Any new design in the cushion or forehead assembly?
Thanks,
SleepyTimeGal

I recently became a user of the ComfortFull mask and I love it.
A shortcoming in the present mask is the adjustor on the forehead piece. It snaps off, when the mask is jarred. I have had it break on the first mask, second mask it snaps off. You can't put it back on easily or with out getting up, turning on the light and if you have poor vision like myself, it is easier to sleep with it on the floor. It doesn't look as if any change has been made in the mask, has there been any change?

Is this mask going to use the same style cushion or is the mask going the be a different design all together? ResMed has made headgear and frame changes on every new version of full face mask they release, but the cushion always stays the same. So is this mask going to have a total new design or just new and improved features on the frame or headgear?

What makes this full face mask seal better than the originall ComforFull?

How and where does Respironics trial their masks, and is there a program where experienced cpap users can be on the beta testing team?

comfortfull II Question
Will the seal come off and have replacement parts similar to the comfort gel?

Comfort Full 2
Hi, I would like to know if you will be changing the ball socket connection. This to me was not a good invention from the beginning. I understand wanting to be uniquely different as other manufacturers, however- sticking with headgear clips was much better, similar to what you had on the Comfort Select, and also what all the ResMed product carries. The ball sockect connection breaks way to much.
I also would like to know if there will be more replacement parts for this mask.
Regards

NOISE ???
The new swivel attachment looks like it has been re-engineered to be stronger, and a better seal. (?)
1. Does it buy us any improved range of movement?
2. Is it any quieter?
3. Will this have a nasal mask version?
I like the SomnoPlus, not because of the superior comfort, it is comparable or maybe even slightly less comfortable than the Comfortgel, or the Resmed MirageII. (I'm not advertising for Somnotech or Resmed). I'm glad you have addressed the interface issue, comfort is still #1 for most users. For light sleepers (like myself) noise is a close second. I would be VERY disappointed if the new mask is still as noisy as the model it is replacing.

Re: Respironics ComfortFull2 Call For Questions
This is great...I can make a suggestion as well, I take it, since I'm using the ComfortFull "original" I guess? I noticed the contour of the plastic part, and consequently the mask cushion is shaped this was too - is a "convex" shape in relation to my face...and was wondering if that's why I have difficulty sometimes with leaks. It seems to "rock" back and forth from the forehead area to the chin area. I tighten the forehead straps, and the chin area has a tendency to pull away from my face, causing a leak. If it was more of a conCAVE shape in relation to my face (basically shaped to the contour of a face, it would fit better...I guess I can show it like this: )) The inside one would be my face, the outside, the mask. Now, it looks to be shaped like this...)( but obviously to a lesser degree than that, but that's the general idea Looking forward to a new full face mask! Editing to say that my hubby would also appreciate an exhaust port that doesn't blow right at him! Thanks for listening...

Re: ComfortFull 2
I guess I'm confused. It looks a LOT like the one I have now.
another suggestion. The strap that goes around the back of my neck really cuts into my neck if I tighten the straps enough to not leak much. I have to keep my head tilted down a bit to prevent pain in the back of my neck. Wider straps would solve this I think.
