Astelin - how much do you use?

Astelin is sold in this country under the name Azep. On its NZ website the dosage is given as one puff per nostril per day. On the US website under Astelin the dosage is given as two puffs per nostril per day! The size and strength of the puff is I think identical. If anyone else is using it out there can you please tell me how much do you use daily and also does it lose its effectiveness over time?

when I need it one spray each side about an hour before bed.

I only use it when I need it...usually fall and winter (on and off) One puff per nostril before bed.

I use one spray per nostril usually before bedtime, but sometimes in the morning also. I usually only use it when the weather changes to the cold side. It hasn't lost it's effectiveness yet, but it's only been about a year since I started it.
