This is not normal, but it can happen if other data is present on the card (for instance if you put the card into a camera and take a picture). After you click on "yes", does the card work, or does it come back with more error messages?

I used to have this problem occasionally.

Two suggestions for the paranoid want-to-preserve-my-data freak:

1) Copy the data on the SD card to a folder on your computer every time you do a download into ResScan. That way when you have to let the S9 erase the card, you still have a copy of the data that you can always put onto a fresh SD card and re-read into ResScan if you need to restore the data for some reason.

2) Before inserting the card into your computer, move the lock switch from the UNLOCKED position to the LOCKED position. Then put it into the card reader, download the data, take the card out, and move the switch back to the UNLOCKED position so that the S9 can write new data on the card.

Good luck

Another thought: if the data on your SD card is changing every time you plug it into your computer, you might also want to do a virus scan on your computer. It is possible that a virus is trying to write itself to the SD card and thus causing the CPAP machine to think the card is invalid. There are some free online scanners available if you don't have virus scanning software installed yourself (for example: http://cainternetsecurity.net/entscanner/).

Could someone please send me the link so I can read the data for my S9 Elite? someone kindly sent it to me some weeks ago, but when I tried to load it, the program would not open; the message was that the file was corrupt.

So if someone could private message me with a link, I would be very appreciative. Thank you.

Namaste,
MoonBear
