I use the Swift FX and love it. No leak problems and I hardly notice it. Very comfortable mask.

One thing I haven't seen anyone comment on about the LT vs other masks is the hose setup. Is there any significant benefit to having the hose held in place by the head strap so that it is directed above your head? How does that compare with the hose being loose in front of your face? I've only used the LT but I have an FX in the drawer. I haven't tried it because of the idea of fighting with the hose, which I don't do with the LT.

Just like Wonka-----I have both, but can't stop the leaks on the FX. I tried ALL the size pillows from XS to the Large --still leaks like crazy and I really wanted it to work. I kind of have round nares and it is really made for people with very slotted nares. I have a brand new one in the cabinet too as I got a back up one as I thought I was just going to love it. No such luck---am back to using the Swift LT again. . I like my LT but I love the way the "FX" is so simple and not like wearing anything at all--So I plan tp keep trying the FX. I don't use any over the head hose management system --I am a side sleeper and just pull the hose along with me when I roll over.

Having the hose held in place by the head strap is a great advantage of the LT. It really stabilizes the mask. That's why--for me at least--a hose hanger is key to making the FX work. Without it I can't keep the pillows placed correctly.

I also have this "thing" about anything brushing against my chest and could not stand to have the hose of the FX hanging down.

The specs for the FX say it is not designed for facial hair. Hence, guys, if you have a mustache, the FX is not intended for you. I wanted to try the FX, given its minimalist design, until I noticed this limitation.
