I can only add that as we use this forum, some topics, having been hijacked by trolls,
are no longer worth reading, and we need to ignore them.
As for the forum as a whole:
Thank you Johnny and Carolyn; and all those other angels out there; I am grateful.
I agree 100%, if you disagree or dislike it, ignore it and move on.

They CHOOSE to trust the board users to behave themselves like adults. If that doesn't work for you (or anyone), then maybe this isn't a good environment for you.
Another good take on the situation

Yes, I am so grateful for this forum Johnny and Carolyn have given to us. Truthfully, I would probably not have been celebrating this holiday season with my dear husband if not for the amazing help and support I received here. Thank you and Merry Xmas!

Johnny and Carolyn are better people than I am, if I was being talked about like this after all I'd done to provide this site. I'd shut off the Chat function for a year, hoping that the people here would grow up, and learn to behave. I also don't use chat, mainly because I have trouble keeping up and get lost too easy, I function better in a one to one setting, with the pressure turned down.

You can chat via other mediums, ICQ, is what I prefer, but don't use much anymore.

Sleep is goo for use, but some here need to be taking grow up pills too. Jim

One of the most fortunate things in my life was finding this forum, almost (not quite) 6 years ago.
It had taught and teaches me much about my therapy and helped me tolerate it, and improve it -- things that would not have happened if the forum and the people on it were not here.

It has also reminded me, over and over, about the variety and complexity of human beings.

Thank you Johnny, thank you Carolyn, and Merry Christmas to you.

Maybe we should just ban them. I know that Johnny and Carolyn don't like to ban people but in this case I think they have gone to far. Deleting people's posts, kicking people out of the chatroom, making fake accounts. I think that stuff like this deserves a banning. Then they will be gone for good.

Thank you Johnny and Caroline for this forum

Thank you for believing I am an adult who doesn't need their hand held or their eyes covered.

Have a great holiday season - Diwali, Hanukkah, Solstice, Children's Day, Christmas, Saturnalia, and what ever else you celebrate.

I started a new thread to express gratitude to Johnny & Carolyn. I'm concerned that they won't see all the thanks in this thread.

Just letting everyone know.

I can't believe that things have turned into such chaos around here that everyone is so busy deleting posts that sound disagreeable. The trolls run this board and unless Johnny and Carolyn ban them, they will always run this board! We can't go into the chatroom, we can't post messages with out having them deleted in some message deleting crossfire. We are already locked out of chat, are we going to be locked out the forum next?
